Production Time for Custom Orders:
- Custom Machine Embroidery Regalia: 1 week production time for items such as aprons, collars, and sashes.
- Custom Handmade Embroidery Regalia: 2-3 weeks production time for items such as aprons, collars, and sashes.
Note: If we do not have all your order in stock, we will hold your order until it is complete. We will inform you of this and provide an estimated date of receipt of stock. If this is unacceptable, you may change or cancel your order.

Unclaimed Parcels:

Lost in Delivery:
If you have not received your order after 15 working days due to it being lost in delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team. We can assist in tracking your order and advising on the status of the parcel's delivery.
