UK Empire Return or Exchange Policy:

At UK Empire, we offer a 30-day return policy. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

Conditions for Returns:

- The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.
- The received product does not match the size ordered.

How to Apply for a Return:

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to help@ukempire.com. We review each case individually to ensure fairness to both parties.

For defective, faulty, or damaged items, a replacement will be sent. You will need to email photographic evidence of the defective item to help@ukempire.com within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.

Return Processing:

To return an item, email customer service at help@ukempire.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase and mail it to the following address:

Processing Time:

We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. During busy sale events, please allow up to 10-14 working days for your return to be processed.

Return Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.

However, we do not charge for sending items back to you. If you receive a defective product, the delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer.

Refunds:

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven to ten (7-10) days from the receipt of your item for processing. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Do You Offer Refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds if the product is damaged or if there was a mistake by the packing staff and the received product does not match what you ordered.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. The minimum period for processing a refund is 7-10 working days.

Exceptions:

There are certain scenarios where we cannot support returns and exchanges, including but not limited to the following:

- Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.
- Products damaged due to use.
- Products that have been tampered with.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
